We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.

- We will allocate you with a Returns Authorisation Code which should be included with the package to facilitate the effective processing of your return.

All online orders submitted between Monday and Friday will be shipped within 1-2 business day.
Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will also require 1-2 business day to process.
Orders will be delivered within 5 business days unless otherwise advised.
The Australian Swatch Online Store only ships orders within the Australia & New Zealand.
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria.
We are pleased to advise that there will be free delivery on Australian orders placed on this website. New Zealand orders are subject to a $15 postage charge.

Satisfied or Reimbursed
If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us with the online dispatch note, having taken reasonable care of it and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (including any paid for delivery costs, where applicable).
We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
