Terms and conditions of the Swatch E-Commerce– Father’s Day Promotion.

  1. These terms and conditions (“the Rules”) govern the Swatch e-commerce Father’s Day promotion (“the promotion”) administered by Swatch Group (UK) Limited, a division of Swatch Ltd., based at B1000, The Royals Business Park, London, E16 2QU  (“Swatch,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
  2. By purchasing a watch from the selected Father’s Day collection (YWS402G, YWS411G, sutb402, SUOB714, YWS401), on Swatch UK e-commerce website, shop.swatch.co.uk, you accept and agree to abide by both the Rules and our privacy policy, which can be accessed at http://www.swatch.com/gb_en/privacy.html.
  3. The Promotion is open only to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or older, with the exception of our employees (and their families) and those of our affiliates, our representatives and agents, and anyone else involved in the Promotion.
  4. The first Twenty Five (25) orders of one of the Swatch selected Father’s Day Collection SKUs will receive a free 3 month subscription to the ‘London Sock Company’ – entitling them to a pair of socks per month, worth a value of £30 (the “offer). To receive the offer, you will need to purchase one of specified Father’s Day SKUs.
  5. Only one entry to the Promotion per customer will be accepted. In the event of a dispute as to a person’s identity, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the holder of the email account or street address associated with it.
  6. To receive the free offer, customer needs to purchase one of specified Father’s Day SKUs.  
  7. The provision of any invalid, incorrect, or misleading personal information may result in disqualification from the Promotion/receipt of the Offer.
  8. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, if an transaction is valid and to disqualify anyone we reasonably believe to be tampering with the ordering process, acting in a disruptive manner, or violating the Rules.
  9. The Promotion will begin on 08 June 2015 and end on 16 June 2015.
  10. Customers who are eligible for the Offer will be notified via email as soon as their online order has been accepted.
  11. If a customer cannot be reached or does not confirm their details and UK Postal address the Offer will be assumed to have been forfeited. An alternative customer will be thereafter selected at random and will be contacted by email. 
  12. We reserve the right to select an alternative customer if we reasonably believe that a customer has breached the Rules.
  13. The right to claim the Offer may not be transferred to anyone else. No cash alternatives or alternative prizes are available. However, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to substitute the Offer with an item of equal value.
  14. The eligible customer will bear any taxes or levies due on the Offer.
  15. Any decisions by us regarding the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. To the greatest extent legally permissible, we and our affiliates disclaim all liability for any damages and losses suffered by anyone as a result of or in connection with the Promotion and the Offer, save for death and personal injury.
  17. We reserve the right to amend the Rules and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.
  18. The Rules are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. In the event of any disputes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, United Kingdom.
