We believe that you will be delighted with your product, but there may be an occasion where you feel it necessary to return an item.
Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products:
- Please contact us by email at eCom@swatch.ca to inform us of your wish to return Products.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization Code to include with the package to facilitate the effective processing of your return.

HOLIDAY ONLINE RETURN POLICY
The holiday return policy does not include returns for sale merchandise. The 14 day return policy will be extended to January 10th of the following year for online purchases made between November 14th and December 24th.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

All shipments by FedEx Canada.

The following shipping options are available:
-FedEx Economy: delivery by 1 to 3 business days
- FedEx 2Day®: delivery by 1 to 2 business days
-FedEx Standard Overnight®: delivery by the next business day

Orders placed Monday through Thursday by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time and Friday by 12 PM Eastern Standard Time will be guaranteed same day shipment (assuming complete approval). Orders placed after the aforementioned times will be processed and shipped the next business day.

You can return any unworn/undamaged item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges).

Follow the instructions on the Delivery Note provided to carefully pack the item(s), using the return label and indicating the return number provided by our Customer Service.

Refund will be made on the original method of payment within 10 days of return, once we have inspected the returned item to ensure that it was received in its original state.
