Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products:

- Swatch Malaysia will arrange our authorize authorised courier service provider (GDEX) to pick up the returned Product from your end.

All orders submitted between Monday to Friday will be shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed during the weekend will also require 1 business day to process. Delivery within W.P Kuala Lumpur & Selangor which are in the Klang Valley Region will take 2 business days unless otherwise advised. Delivery outside of W.P Kuala Lumpur & Selangor which are not in the Klang Valley Region will take 3-4 business days unless otherwise advised. Please take note that all orders require a signature and can only be delivered to the original delivery address. The Swatch Online Store only ships orders within Malaysia.
