It includes the technical quality of watches (accuracy, reliability, water-resistance and shock-resistance), as well as their aesthetic quality (elegance and originality of design). It covers both traditional manufacturing and new technologies (micro-electronics).

Returning Defective/Faulty or Incorrect Products:

All orders on the Swatch Online Store are being shipped within South Africa only.

Orders will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days unless otherwise advised.

The delivery options, terms and costs are as indicated in the check-out before your purchase and as confirmed in the order confirmation.


Please note that when your parcel is delivered you will be required to give an electronic signature on a hand held devise and not on a physical delivery note.
